Radio

Radio by Sophia Elaine Hanson

Novel Rating 5/5 ⭐️

Synopsis:

After the traumatic events at the dreaded prison Red Bay, Ronja is hanging by a thread. Whispers trail her through the Belly, carrying rumors of her borderline supernatural voice. Plagued by nightmares and haunted by the memories of those she could not save, she clings to the promise that her gift will soon become the weapon of the Anthem.

When doubt and arrogance cloud the eyes of their once trusted commander, Ronja and her friends are forced to take matters into their own hands. Armed with little more than an idea, they strike out on their own to silence The Music and The Conductor once and for all. But time is running out, and a new threat is stirring within the walls of the city. . .

I love you – there and back.”

   THE BATTLE CONTINUES!

Sophia does it again!!! I am so blown away with this series that I really don’t know how I will survive for the last installment releasing in 2018. Every page was filled with twists and turns, it kept me on my toes and begging for more. This series so far has become my absolute favorite dystopian novel, yeah I said it, even Divergent or Hunger Games doesn’t come close. When I tell you that I love this series, I absolutely mean it! I can completely see each book starring on the movie screen. Radio made me fall in love with each character deeper than Vinyl did, or hate a character more than ever, I felt so many emotions while reading. I even cried when someone died! I promise no spoilers.

The romance between characters always has my heart swelling. I absolutely love the character developments either singular or together. Sophia is actually the first indie author of YA novels that i’ve ever read and I was completely blown away when starting this series. I can’t express how much I love these books!

Radio in itself has dived deeper into Revina’s history and even deeper into Ronja’s history, which continue’s to shock me! The biggest plot twist in history came from Radio, I almost dropped the damn book! AND HOW CAN YOU KILL SOMEONE SO SWEET WHO WE BARELY GOT TO KNOW!!!! This novel literally almost killed me. I highly anticipate Siren‘s release in 2018 because it can’t come quick enough!

If you’re looking for a good dystopian novel to read then I highly recommend buying the first two installments! I’m absolutely in love with them. You can buy Vinyl here and you can buy Radio here. Also if you’d like to follow Sophia for updates here is her Instagram and Twitter
